What is Pixel Print Store?

Pixel Print Store is a small independent print shop based in London, UK. We design and sell high quality art prints inspired by the TV shows, films, music, and culture we actually love — the kind of stuff that deserves a place on your wall.

Everything is printed to order on heavyweight paper and shipped straight to your door. No mass production, just considered designs for people who care about what they put on their walls.

What sizes are your prints available in?

We offer all A4-A0 as standard. Need something outside that range? Just message us — we'll always try to make it happen.

Can I get a print personalised or in a different colour?

For select designs, yes. Drop us a message before ordering and we'll let you know if it's possible for that particular print.

What paper do you print on?

Heavyweight 200gsm+ paper as standard, so your print looks sharp and lasts for years.

Do prints come with a frame?

No, all of our prints are sold unframed. This keeps them well protected in transit and lets you choose a frame that suits your own space.

Do I need to know what size frame to buy?

Our prints are sized to fit standard frame sizes (A4, A3, A2, A1, A0), so off-the-shelf frames will work perfectly.

How long will my order take?

We aim to print and ship every order within 5 working days. Delivery times vary slightly by destination — if you need it by a specific date, send us a message before ordering and we'll let you know.

Will I get tracking?

Yes, tracking is provided on every order once it ships.

What if my print arrives damaged?

Just send us a photo of the print and packaging and we'll get a replacement out to you straight away, free of charge.

How are prints shipped?

A4 prints are carefully packaged and shipped in protective envelopes.
A3+ prints are sent in sturdy shipping tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Can I return my order?

As every print is made to order, we're unable to accept returns for a change of mind. If there's a problem with your order — damage, fault, or anything not as described — get in touch and we'll sort it.

Can I change my order after I've placed it?

If you spot a mistake, message us as soon as possible — if it hasn't gone into production yet, we'll update it for you.

Do you ship internationally? How much is shipping?

Do I have to pay customs or import fees?

For orders outside the UK, your country may apply its own customs or import charges on arrival. These aren't included in our shipping price and are outside of our control, so it's worth checking your local guidelines before ordering if you'd like to avoid any surprises.

Do you offer digital downloads?

Not as standard but if there's one you want, send us a message and we'll try our best to make it available.

Are your prints officially licensed?

All of our prints are original artwork, designed and created in-house — they're our own interpretation of fan art and not official or licensed merchandise.
