How are prints shipped?
Unframed A4 prints are carefully packaged and shipped in protective envelopes. Unframed A3+ prints are sent in sturdy shipping tubes to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Framed prints are shipped with protected corners to ensure safe transit.
Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
For orders outside the UK, your country may apply its own customs or import charges on arrival. These aren't included in our shipping price and are outside of our control, so it's worth checking your local guidelines before ordering if you'd like to avoid any surprises.
